In order to clarify the combined effect of soil fumigation and biocontrol microbes on tomato root-knot nematode disease, the method of applying Paecilomyces lilacinus YES-2-14 biocontrol agent after pre-transplanting cotton fumigation was applied in greenhouse Greenhouse carried out joint prevention and control test. The results showed that when the dosage of gossypium was 35 g / m ~ 2, the number of nematodes was reduced by 90% or more and the control effect reached 85.5% when the seedling was transplanted for 24 weeks. The transplanting density of 10 ~ 7 ~ 10 ~ 8CFU / g When the initial density of nematode reached 674 heads / 100 g soil, the control effect of single fungicide was only 12.5%, but the growth and yield of tomato significantly increased . Cotton fumigation and then combined with the application of Paecilomyces lilac, 2 months and 5 months when the control effect than the single cotton treatment increased by 14.1% and 21.8%, 14.3 times and 4.1 times single agent treatment, the yield Compared with the control, cotton fumigation and single fungicide treatment increased by 22.1%, 9.5% and 2.4% respectively, and the number of nematodes in this plot was always the lowest, significantly different from the control, while the number of Paecilomyces lilacinus was higher than that of single lilac Paecilomyces agent to be treated. The results showed that the combination of cottonseed and Paecilomyces lilac could not only significantly reduce the number of nematodes but also effectively control tomato root-knot nematode disease, and also promote plant growth and yield.
