气缸套掉头是指气缸套从台肩下部整个裂掉。其主要原因有:1.气缸套靠台肩支撑在机体上,其台肩平面应高出机体上平面0.04~0.17毫米,如缸套高出机体上平面太多,当用274.4~313.6牛顿·米(28~32公斤力·米)的力矩上紧缸盖螺母时,会使缸套受压应力过大,而在支撑台肩下部产生裂纹折断;2.S1100柴油机是在S195柴油机基础上扩缸设计的,其缸套内径由95毫米扩为100毫米,所以两者的气缸垫不能通用。而有的用户将S195柴油机气缸垫错装到S1100柴
