对不含多环芳烃的非石油系环保油在轮胎胎面胶配方中进行应用评价,结果表明:环保油的化学性能与芳烃油相近,添加环保油的配方的硫化胶物理性能与芳烃油配方硫化胶的物理性能无显著差异,100℃×48h热空气老化后添加环保油配方的硫化胶物理性能优于添加芳烃油配方的硫化胶。
The evaluation of the non-petroleum environment-friendly oil without polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in tire tread rubber formulations showed that the chemical properties of the environmentally friendly oil were similar to that of the aromatic oil. The physical properties of the vulcanizates with the environmentally friendly oil were similar to those of the aromatic oil The physical properties of the vulcanizates showed no significant difference. The physical properties of the vulcanizates added with the environmentally friendly oil after 100 ℃ × 48h hot air aging were better than that of the vulcanizates with aromatic oil.
