目的通过高脂喂养与颈动脉内膜干燥建立餐后低血压的家兔模型。方法 17只新西兰兔随机分四组,对照组普通饲料喂养,高脂喂养组予高脂饲料喂养,高脂喂养+单侧手术组予高脂喂养并进行右侧颈动脉气体干燥,高脂喂养组+双侧手术组予高脂喂养并进行双侧气体干燥。8周后留置胃管,行股动脉插管,监测注食前后各组家兔血压变化。结果光镜下染色观察:对照组颈部血管无明显变化,高脂喂养组内膜轻度增厚,可见血管平滑肌细胞的增生。高脂喂养+单侧手术组的右侧(手术侧)颈动脉及高脂喂养+双侧手术组的双侧颈动脉管壁明显增厚,管腔狭窄。高脂喂养+单侧手术组注食后平均动脉压(Mean arterial pressure,MAP)较注食前下降(P<0.05);高脂喂养+双侧手术组注食后收缩压(Systolic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(Diastolic blood pressure,DBP)、MAP均较注食前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用高脂喂养与颈动脉内膜干燥结合可建立餐后低血压家兔模型,此方法简单可行。
Objective To establish a postprandial hypotensive rabbit model by feeding high fat diet and carotid artery intima. Methods Seventeen New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups. The control group was fed with normal diet, the high fat diet group was fed with high fat diet, the high fat diet + unilateral surgery group with high fat diet and the right carotid artery gas was dried with high fat diet Group + bilateral surgery group fed with high fat and bilateral gas drying. After 8 weeks, the gastric tube was placed and the femoral artery cannulated. The blood pressure of rabbits in each group was monitored before and after the injection. Results The results of light microscopy showed that there was no significant change in the neck blood vessels of the control group. The hyperplasia of vascular smooth muscle cells was observed in the hyperlipemia group. The bilateral carotid artery wall thickening and lumen narrowing were observed in the right side (operation side) carotid artery and the high-fat feeding + bilateral operation group in the high-fat diet + unilateral surgery group. Mean arterial pressure (MAP) in high-fat diet + unilateral surgery group decreased significantly (P <0.05), while systolic blood pressure (SBP ), Diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and MAP were significantly lower than those before injection (P <0.05). Conclusions The rabbit model of postprandial hypotension can be established by combining high fat diet with carotid artery intima. This method is simple and feasible.
