无功能性胰岛细胞瘤临床少见,合并有胆囊息肉者更罕见。现将经手术及病理证实的1例报告如下。患者男性,66岁。1985年12月21日因上腹部不适3年入院。1982年8月29日无任何诱因突发剑突下闷胀痛,不放射,不伴恶心、呕吐、发热、黄疸,含服硝酸甘油无效,疼痛持续21小时自然缓解。此后于1982年5月、1983年11月及1984年3月、10月有类似发作,每次持续3小时至2～3天不等;服普鲁苯辛或自然缓解,每次疼痛发作均无进油脂餐史。1985年5月胆囊造影与腹部B超疑为“胆囊结
Non-functioning islet cell tumors are rare clinically, and those with gallbladder polyps are even rarer. A case confirmed by surgery and pathology is now reported as follows. The patient is male, 66 years old. On December 21, 1985, she was hospitalized for 3 years due to upper abdominal discomfort. On Aug. 29, 1982, there was no sudden stimuli under the xiphoid process, no radiation, no nausea, vomiting, fever, and jaundice. Nitroglycerin was ineffective when administered, and pain persisted for 21 hours.
