目的:观察小蓟醇提物对两肾一夹(2-kidney 1-clip,2K1C)高血压大鼠的影响及其机制。方法:采用2K1C复制肾性高血压大鼠模型,检测心功能、左心重与体重比值(LVM/BW);放射免疫学方法检测血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的含量;采用硝酸还原酶法测定血清中一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)含量,Griess化学比色法测定血清中一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide sythase,NOS)活性的变化。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠心功能抑制,LVM/BW比值升高,血浆中AngⅡ的含量升高,血清中NO和NOS的含量降低;与模型组相比,小蓟组(高低剂量组)大鼠心功能明显好转,LVM/BW比值降低,血浆中AngⅡ的含量降低,血清中NO和NOS的含量均升高,差异均有显著性。结论:小蓟对肾性高血压大鼠具有降低血压和改善心功能的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of alcoholic extract of Cirsium on 2-kidney 1-clip (2K1C) hypertensive rats and its mechanism. Methods: The 2K1C rat model of renal hypertension was used to detect the cardiac function, left ventricular mass and body weight ratio (LVM / BW). The levels of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) were detected by radioimmunoassay. Conclusion: Artemisia annua on renal hypertensive rats with lower blood pressure and improve cardiac function.
