为了解决在强电磁环境下大容量变换器的通信容易中断及误码率高的问题,保证通信系统高效、及时、可靠地传输信息,该文针对大容量变换器中的控制器局域网(CAN),介绍了系统构成和数据类型,分析了不同数据通信的要求,提出了软件设计中需要注意的关键问题并对软件流程进行了优化设计。实验结果表明:优化后的通信系统运行稳定可靠,在强电磁干扰下通信不中断,数据不丢失,通信误码率和系统故障率明显降低。该优化设计方法切实有效。
