21世纪是知识经济时代,企业的竞争越来越激烈。特别是我国进入经济新常态的经济模式下,国内的企业面临着更大的挑战。为了降低企业的经营成本,提高企业的利润,使企业在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,企业就必须实现财务管理创新的目标。本文针对现阶段市场经济的背景,提出热电企业财务管理创新的三点意义,接着阐述了我国热电企业财务管理现存的问题,最后提出热电企业财务管理创新的对策。
The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the competition of enterprises is more and more fierce. Especially in the economic model of our country entering a new normal economy, domestic enterprises are facing greater challenges. In order to reduce the operating costs of enterprises, improve the profits of enterprises, and make enterprises stand out in the fierce competition, enterprises must achieve the goal of financial management innovation. According to the background of market economy at the present stage, this paper puts forward three significances of financial management innovation of thermoelectricity enterprises, and then expatiates on the existing problems of financial management in China’s thermoelectricity enterprises. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures of financial management innovation of thermoelectricity enterprises.
