前期策划在中医医院建设中的应用

目前很多的医院在规划建设中,没有对医院的实际情况进行全面调查、分析,没有提出一个远近期发展、过渡并切合实际的总体规划,大多数医院的状态是边设计、边施工、边修改,严重影响了工期进度和医院运营.导致出现很多的医疗功能布局不合理,甚至导致整个医院的流程缺陷严重.本文以南宁市中医医院江南分院前期策划为例,通过运用前期策划在医院建设中的应用,以期为中医医院建设规划提供参考依据.
