分析我国实施逆向物流的现状及实践,提出第三方物流(3PL)、制造企业、政府及消费者等两阶段多方博弈模型,第1阶段是制造企业、政府、消费者之间的“多方博弈”模型,第2阶段是制造企业与3PL之间的“委托-代理”模型。根据产品回收价值的高低和对环境影响程度的大小进行产品分类,分析不同种类的产品的博弈过程,得出各主体的逆向物流参与决策,以及制造企业物流模式的选择。以废旧台式电脑逆向物流为例进行博弈分析和计算,结果表明该模型计算的有效性和可行性。
This paper analyzes the current situation and practice of reverse logistics in China, and proposes a two-stage multi-player game model of 3PL, manufacturing enterprise, government and consumers. The first stage is the multi-player game between manufacturing enterprises, government and consumers “Model, and the second stage is the” commission-agent "model between manufacturing enterprises and 3PL. According to the value of product recovery and the extent of the impact on the environment of the product classification, analysis of different types of products, the game process, the main body of the reverse logistics involved in decision-making, as well as manufacturing enterprises to choose the logistics model. Taking the waste desktop reverse logistics as an example, the game analysis and calculation results show that the model is valid and feasible.
