目的探讨ADS-7多功能吸附树脂对丹参中丹酚酸B的分离纯化方法。方法以丹酚酸B的含量及洗脱率为指标,通过动态吸附试验考察ADS-7树脂的吸附性能。结果 ADS-7树脂对丹参中丹酚酸B具有较高的吸附选择性,吸附量为95.7 mg.g 1(干树脂),甲酸/50%乙醇(10∶90)作为洗脱剂,丹酚酸B的纯度高达87.2%。结论 ADS-7树脂用于丹参中丹酚酸B的分离纯化简单高效。
Objective To investigate the separation and purification of salvianolic acid B from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. By using ADS-7 multifunctional adsorbent resin. Methods Using the content of salvianolic acid B and the elution rate as indexes, the adsorption properties of ADS-7 resin were investigated by dynamic adsorption test. Results ADS-7 resin had higher adsorption selectivity to salvianolic acid B in Salvia miltiorrhiza. The adsorption capacity was 95.7 mg.g 1 (dry resin), formic acid / 50% ethanol (10:90) The purity of acid B is as high as 87.2%. Conclusion ADS-7 resin for the separation and purification of salvianolic acid B is simple and efficient.
