目的通过了解齿轮箱厂项目存在的职业病危害及其控制效果,提出进一步改进措施。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测和检查表法等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病有害因素是电焊烟尘、锰及其化合物、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯和噪声等;除粗加工区切割和手工焊的烟尘浓度超过国家职业卫生标准外,其余各检测点空气中粉尘和毒物的浓度以及噪声的强度均符合国家标准。结论该项目职业病危害因素的防护措施基本有效、可行,但应采取严格的职业卫生防护措施和管理措施,建立健全各项职业卫生管理制度和应急救援预案,降低职业病发生的危险,切实保护劳动者的健康权益。
Objective To understand the hazards of occupational diseases and their control effects in the gear box plant project and propose further improvement measures. Methods The methods of on-site occupational hygiene investigation, workplace occupational hazards detection and checklist method were used to evaluate the construction projects. Results The main occupational hazards in the project are welding dust, manganese and its compounds, benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate and noise. In addition to the concentration of smoke and dust in cutting and manual welding in roughing areas exceeds the national occupational health standards, The concentration of dust and poisons in the air and the intensity of noise in the rest of the test points all meet the national standards. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in this project are basically effective and feasible. However, strict occupational health protection measures and management measures should be taken to establish and improve various occupational health management systems and emergency rescue plans to reduce the risk of occupational diseases and effectively protect workers Health rights and interests.
