校企文化的融合是校企合作的需要,也是高职教育教学发展的趋势和构建特色校园文化的必然选择,需要探索引入优秀的企业文化来构建富有自身特色的校园文化。本文以娄底职业技术学院(以下简称为学院)为例,介绍了校园文化与企业文化融合的必要性及高职校企文化融合的探索与实践。希望能够为今后高职院校特色校园文化建设、校企文化融合与实践提供新的思路与模式。
The integration of school-enterprise culture is the need of school-enterprise cooperation, and also the trend of higher vocational education and teaching development as well as the inevitable choice of building distinctive campus culture. It is necessary to explore and introduce the excellent corporate culture to build a campus culture with its own characteristics. This paper takes Loudi Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as the college) as an example to introduce the necessity of the integration of campus culture and corporate culture and the exploration and practice of the integration of college and university culture. It is hoped that this will provide new ideas and models for the construction of distinctive campus culture in higher vocational colleges and the integration and practice of school-enterprise culture.
