目的了解探伤工人的健康状况,为制定防护措施提供重要的依据。方法依据《放射工作人员职业健康管理办法》的要求和参照《人类辐射细胞遗传学》淋巴细胞微核常规培养法,并结合工作人员的个人剂量的监测情况,对该公司的83名工业探伤工人的健康检查并设对照组进行对比分析,给出合理建议。结果 83名体检人员中异常血象检出率为42.2%,外周血淋巴细胞微核率为0.90‰,微核淋巴细胞率为0.54‰,个人剂量监测率为61.5%。结论长期小剂量照射对放射工作人员健康状况有一定的影响,改善防护设施,加强个人剂量监测及增强个人防护意识。
Objective To understand the health status of testing workers and provide an important basis for making protective measures. Methods Based on the requirements of the “Regulations on the Occupational Health Management of Radiation Workers” and on the basis of “Human Radiation Cytogenetics” routine micronuclei culture of lymphocytes and the monitoring of the personal dose of the staff, 83 industrial testing workers Health check and control group for comparative analysis, give reasonable advice. Results The detection rate of abnormal blood was 83.2%, the rate of peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus was 0.90 ‰, the rate of micronucleated lymphocyte was 0.54 ‰ and the rate of personal dose monitoring was 61.5%. Conclusion Long-term, low-dose irradiation has a certain impact on the health status of radiation workers, improving protective facilities, enhancing personal dose monitoring and enhancing awareness of personal protection.
