球囊血管成形术后原扩张成形术部位再狭窄(RS)机理尚不清楚。本工作在球囊血管成形术实验模型上,测定局部组织血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)含量,探索其在狭窄病变及术后再狭窄形成中的作用。
The mechanism of restenosis (RS) after balloon angioplasty is not clear. This work in the balloon angioplasty experimental model to determine the content of local tissue angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) to explore its role in the stenosis and postoperative restenosis.
