水文工作是国民经济建设的一项重要的前期工作和基础工作。长期以来,水文行业艰苦的工作环境和生活条件鲜为人知。经费不足,设备落后以及生活待遇偏低的状况,严重制约着水文事业的发展。面对困境,近年来我们对水文工作进行了艰苦探索,深化水文行业改革,不断拓宽水文服务领域,大力发展多种经营,努力改善职工工作和生活条件,取得了较为明显的成效。 Hydrological work is an important preparatory work and a basic work for the national economy. For a long time, the hard working conditions and living conditions of the hydrological industry were poorly known. Lack of funding, equipment and living conditions are low, seriously restricting the development of hydrological undertakings. Faced with the dilemma, in recent years we have made arduous explorations of hydrological work, deepened the reform of the hydrological industry, continuously broadened the field of hydrological services, vigorously developed diversified operations and made efforts to improve the working conditions and living conditions of employees.
