使用HFSS模拟软件的软件冷测方法模拟耦合腔慢波电路的高频特性参数,主要包括色散特性和耦合阻抗。通常对色散特性的模拟采用谐振法,对耦合阻抗的模拟采用扰动法,而在HFSS中还可以利用准周期边界条件进行模拟。其模拟结果与实验数据进行比较,色散特性曲线相对误差低于0.8%。证明了计算机模拟冷测方法可以取代实验测试方法,同时也说明了HFSS三维电磁模拟软件在耦合腔行波管研究和发展中能起到很好的作用。
The HFSS simulation software is used to simulate the high-frequency characteristic parameters of the coupled-cavity slow-wave circuit, including chromatic dispersion and coupling impedance. In general, the resonance method is used for the simulation of dispersion characteristics, the perturbation method is used for the simulation of the coupling impedance, and the quasi-periodic boundary conditions can be used for the simulation in HFSS. The simulation results and experimental data were compared, the relative dispersion of dispersion curve less than 0.8%. It is proved that the computer simulation of cold measurement method can replace the experimental test method, and also shows that the HFSS three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software can play a very good role in the research and development of the coupled-cavity TWT.
