纺织工厂染色加工作业工人在生产中与直接染料接触,含有对人致癌的联苯胺,在作业工人血清中用免疫血清学的方法发现有两种类型致癌蛋白抗原复合物,一是外源性致癌物联苯胺,二是内源性色氨酸代谢物3—羟磷氨基苯甲酸3—0AK.这些异常的抗原可作为职业性癌肿危险的标记。研究表明,接触直接染料的工人白细胞吞噬功能下降。吞噬细胞活性的降低,可导致体内清除致癌蛋白抗原复合物的功能障
