在我国司法实践中,证人拒绝作证的现象普遍存在。对证人的保护措施不完善是其中一个重要原因。对我国的证人保护制度进行改革和完善,是保障司法公正、提高诉讼效率的迫切需求。
In our country’s judicial practice, witness refused to testify phenomenon is widespread. One of the important reasons is the imperfect protection of witnesses. Reforming and perfecting the witness protection system in our country is an urgent need to ensure judicial fairness and improve litigation efficiency.
