目的 探讨肿瘤患者进行放、化疗期间真菌感染的影响因素。方法 对我院进行放、化疗患者临床标本检出的真菌菌种及其药敏和临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 215株真菌中, 9株为毛霉菌;余均为酵母样真菌,其中白色念株菌比例最高,其次为光滑念珠菌、热带念株菌、克柔念珠菌、类星型念珠菌及高里念珠菌和其他真菌。结论 肿瘤患者自身防御功能低下,放化疗、大量使用广谱抗生素、激素及住院环境的控制不当均是其放、化疗期间真菌感染的因素,控制其真菌感染主要靠微生物实验室与临床密切合作。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of fungal infections in patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods The fungal strains and their drug susceptibility and clinical data detected in clinical specimens of patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 215 strains of fungi, 9 strains were mucoromycetes; the others were all yeast-like fungi, among which the highest proportion of white candida was observed, followed by Candida glabrata, Candida tropicalis, Candida krusei, Candida quasars and Candida and other fungi. Conclusion The self-defense function of tumor patients is low, and the control of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, extensive use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, hormones and hospitalization environment are all factors in the fungal infection during radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Controlling their fungal infections mainly depends on the close cooperation between the microbiology laboratory and the clinic.
