目的探讨D-二聚体和糖类抗原153(CA153)联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法分别采用免疫比浊法和电化学发光法检测血浆D二聚体和血清CA153水平,应用受试者工作特性曲线(ROC曲线)对68例乳腺癌患者(乳腺癌组)、50例乳腺良性疾病患者(良性疾病组)以及50例健康体检者(正常对照组)的D-二聚体、CA153以及两者联合检测结果进行分析评价。结果 1乳腺癌组血清D-二聚体与CA153水平显著高于良性疾病组以及正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),二者在良性疾病组与正常对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2D-二聚体和CA153在乳腺癌组的灵敏度分别为38.24%、63.24%,两者联合检测的灵敏度明显提高为75.00%。3乳腺癌组的D-二聚体、CA153以及两者联合检测在ROC曲线下的面积分别为0.711、0.814、0.849。结论 D-二聚体和CA153联合检测可提高乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度和有效性。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of D-dimer and carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153) in breast cancer. Methods Plasma D dimer and serum CA153 levels were measured by immunoturbidimetry and electrochemiluminescence, respectively. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve) of 68 patients with breast cancer (breast cancer), 50 benign breast Disease patients (benign disease group) and 50 healthy subjects (normal control group) D-dimer, CA153 and the combined test results were analyzed and evaluated. Results 1 The levels of serum D-dimer and CA153 in breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign disease group and normal control group (P <0.05), there was no significant difference between benign disease group and normal control group Statistical significance (P> 0.05). The sensitivity of 2D-dimer and CA153 in breast cancer group were 38.24% and 63.24%, respectively. The sensitivity of the combination of 2D-dimer and CA153 was significantly increased to 75.00%. 3 breast cancer group, D-dimer, CA153 and the combined detection of the area under the ROC curve were 0.711,0.814,0.849. Conclusion The combination of D-dimer and CA153 can improve the sensitivity and effectiveness of breast cancer diagnosis.
