作为特殊文化产业,中国的影视传媒业、文化旅游业是充满无穷魁力和商机的全球最后一块有待开垦的处女地。西方的新闻、影视传媒跨国集团早已树起了上百年成功历史的标杆。中视传媒股份有限公司作为中央电视台和中国国际电视总公司控股的影视基地,自身如何塑造企业文化、实施文化致胜战略、迎接全球化的挑战,这是面临着的极具挑战性的工作。中国企业文化研究会策划部历时一年零四个月,协力攻关,圆满完成了中视传媒公司企业文化塑造之工程。工程的实施贯彻了企业文化相对论、国家文化—企业文化安全战略、系统论等可贵的创新思想,堪称中国企业文化建设与推广的范例。基于工程的绩效和特色,中国企业文化研究会研究决定,由策划部授予中视传媒公司“全国企业文化建设示范基地”,是首家影视传媒业、文化旅游业获此殊荣的单位。应本刊特邀,工程总策划王超逸先生撰写此文,分二期刊载,以飨读者。

Western news, film and television multinational corporations have already set a successful benchmark for hundreds of years. As a film and television base controlled by CCTV and China International Television Corporation, it is a challenging task for China Television Media Co., Ltd. to establish its own culture, implement cultural winning strategies and meet the challenges of globalization. The Planning Department of the Institute of Corporate Culture of China lasted one year and four months and worked together to tackle key issues and successfully completed the project of shaping the corporate culture of China Media Corporation.
