本文指出公司的社会责任从应然角度看只是理性公司的固有属性之一,从实然角度看则是公司履行社会责任能力和相应需求共同作用的产物。
This paper points out that the corporate social responsibility is only one of the inherent attributes of a rational company from the point of view of the actual situation, but a product of the company’s ability of fulfilling the social responsibility and the corresponding demand from a practical point of view.
