单离子检测法是色谱-质谱联用中一种高选择性、高灵敏度检测技术,具有广泛的应用领域,特别适合于极微量有机化合物和复杂有机混合物中某一组分的测定,即使抽提不够充分,或待测组分与其它组分难以分离,也可得到良好的信噪比,收到事半功倍的效果。与全谱扫描法相比,其灵敏度可提高三个数量级。应用此法欲得理想效果,根据我们几年来实践的体会,应当注意选择适中的分辨率,根据待测组分的化学类型及其在电子轰击质谱中的裂解方式正确选定 m/e 值单点,并尽量避免选择在高本底或微弱本底的 m/e 值离子上。
