日本东京工业大学的一栋10层高的楼房顶上安装了一套非晶硅太阳电池系统。系统功率2.5千瓦,它共有12280片10×10cm~2的非晶硅太阳电池。电池由富士公司和三洋公司提供,富士公司的电池组件为5块×46列,电池衬底为不锈钢;三洋公司的组件为4块×50列,衬底为玻璃。为了比较单晶硅电池与非晶硅电池在风吹雨打、日晒夜露等自然条件下的变化,屋顶上还装有单晶硅太阳电池及太阳辐射计。
A set of amorphous silicon solar cell systems were installed on top of a 10-storey building at Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan. System power 2.5 kilowatts, it has a total of 12,280 10 × 10cm ~ 2 amorphous silicon solar cells. The battery is supplied by Fuji and Sanyo. Fuji has 5 x 46 columns of battery modules and stainless steel for battery cells. Sanyo has 4 x 50 columns for glass substrates. In order to compare monocrystalline silicon cells and amorphous silicon cells in the wind and rain, the sun and other natural conditions under the changes, the roof is also equipped with monocrystalline silicon solar cells and solar radiometer.
