水路:铺就一条坦途——拥抱生活回归社会生活主航道;水韵:营造一个舞台——展示文化艺术品走向市场的广阔前景;水乡:架起一道彩虹——让健、残艺术家并进共融。“’99‘中国水乡情’摄影创作大露营”——一个在我国摄影界和残疾人工作中尚无先例而恰恰是两者完美结合的大胆创意,由武汉残联济世书画艺术社和武汉摄影家协会策划并承办,在中国摄影家协会、武汉社会公益发展有限公司、武汉电视台等企业和新闻单位的参与支持下付诸实施。20几位残健摄影家徜徉于江南著名水乡,用心灵、用激情创造艺术,以此作为参与“亚太残疾人十年”行动,以此展示残疾人文化事业的丰硕成果。孕育生命的水,也将润泽千千万万残疾人不屈的生命,润泽“平等、参与、共享”的美好理想,润泽爱心,润泽艺术。
