医疗纠纷的现状及发展态势足以说明,传统的医疗纠纷解决机制已经难以满足各方对其化解医疗纠纷的期望。考虑我国的社会传统和文化传统,将具有中立性的第三方引入医疗纠纷解决途径具有迫切的现实需要。本文拟从宁波市医疗纠纷第三方调解机制的介绍出发,找出其优势和不足,提出解决方法,从而完善第三方调解机制。
The status quo and development trend of medical disputes are sufficient to show that the traditional medical dispute resolution mechanism has been difficult to meet the expectations of all parties to resolve medical disputes. Considering our country’s social tradition and cultural tradition, it is urgent to introduce a neutral third party into the way of medical dispute resolution. This article intends to start from the introduction of the mediation mechanism of the third party of medical malpractice in Ningbo City, find out its advantages and disadvantages, propose solutions and improve the third party mediation mechanism.
