现如今,随着时代的进步以及科技的不断发展,人们的生活水平正在不断提高,对于教育的正是力度也在不断的加大,而教育改革更是在不断的加深。随着教学要求的升高,多样化的教学方法已经在越来越多的课堂教学过程当中得到了广泛的应用,而高中数学课堂也正是如此,其中,作为多元教学方法当中一种的个性化教学方法,更是突破了我国教育的传统教学模式,能够使得学生在高中数学课堂教学过程当中得到更好的发展。在实际的教学过程当中,教师应该清楚的认识到不同的学生由于其学习经历、生活阅历、成长环境等多方面的不同,在学习成绩以及学习的能力和方法上是具有一定的差异性的,教师应该对不同学生的这种差异性表示尊重,并根据不同学生的特点,有针对性的对学生进行个性化的教学,重视学生的个性发展。
