分析了超环面传动的结构及主要技术难点,提出了以圆柱内斜齿轮代替原结构中的环面内齿蜗轮的新型结构,从而降低了加工难度。提出了进行有关齿形计算的方法:其一是实现一种失配的点接触,即以原齿面的法截面齿形沿原齿面的齿线在径向的投影进行拓展所形成的新齿面,其二是沿原齿面某种曲线相切而产生的新齿形,实现一种修整的线接触,最终形成等螺距斜齿。同时求出了两种齿形及其齿面方程,分析了啮合状况,并给出了新型结构连续接触条件的近似计算方法。
The structure and main technical difficulties of toroidal drive are analyzed. A new type of structure with toroidal helical gears instead of toroidal worm gears in the original structure is proposed, which reduces the machining difficulty. A method of calculating tooth profile is proposed. One is to realize a mismatched point contact, that is, a new profile formed by the projection of the tooth profile of the original tooth face in the radial direction along the tooth profile of the normal tooth face The other is the new tooth shape along the tangent of a certain curve of the original tooth surface to achieve a kind of trimming line contact and finally form a helical pitch helical tooth. At the same time, two kinds of tooth profiles and their flank equations were calculated, and the meshing condition was analyzed. An approximate calculation method for the continuous contact condition of the new structure was also given.
