目的制备沙棘油微囊并进行初步质量评价研究。方法采用相分离法制备沙棘油微囊,观察其外形、微囊的粒径分布,测定其载油量及油转移率,并考察两种制作条件下微囊热稳定性。结果所得两种微囊产品均呈黄色略带白粉末,干燥且流动性良好,微囊粒径均值137.24μm~141.65μm,分布较均匀,载油量可达(44.7~42.3)%,油转移率可达(89.6±1.9~87.1±2.2)%(n=10);在试验所设计的较低温度条件下,两种沙棘油微囊热稳定性变化不大,性质相似。结论该微囊制作方法简便易行,且重现性好,囊形好,载油较高,两种制作条件对微囊性质影响相似。
Objective To prepare and evaluate the initial quality of sea buckthorn oil microcapsules. Methods Seabuckthorn oil microcapsules were prepared by phase separation. The shape and microcapsule particle size distribution were observed. The oil-carrying capacity and oil transfer rate were measured. The thermal stability of the microcapsules under the two conditions were investigated. Results The obtained microcapsules showed yellowish white powder with good dryness and good fluidity. The average particle size of the microcapsules was 137.24μm ~ 141.65μm with a uniform distribution of oil content of 44.7-42.3% (89.6 ± 1.9 ~ 87.1 ± 2.2)% (n = 10). The thermal stability of the two kinds of seabuckthorn oil microcapsules changed little and their properties were similar under the lower temperature conditions designed in the experiment. Conclusion The preparation method of the microcapsules is simple and easy to operate with good reproducibility, good capsule shape and high oil loading. The two production conditions have similar effects on the properties of microcapsules.
