作者通过动物实验综合比较几种止血剂的作用后,选用5％鱼肝油酸钠加微量去甲肾上腺素和美蓝,经尿道前列腺内注射后行电切,通过与未注药组比较发现术中出血量和灌洗液用量均减少,手术时间缩短,手术野更清晰。术中术后未发现明显并发症。另还介绍和讨论了几种局部止血剂的药理特性,经尿道前列腺内注射的方法和有关问题
