21世纪是全面发展的时代,教育也不例外,也推行了一系列的改革。我们都知道,小学教育是学生人生教育的起步阶段,对于学生的终生发展都具有较大的影响,但是每个小学生天生的智力不同,后天的发展更加不同,每个班级的学生都会存在差异,教师要尊重这种差异,要想方设法将学生间的差异缩小,促使学生健康的发展。因此,在小学语文教学中采用差异教学法是符合时代发展需要的,更彰显了小学语文教学以人为本的理念。实施差异教学不仅可以满足学生的学习需要,还可以促使学生个性化发展,对学生的成才之路是非常有帮助的。本文笔者分析了小学语文差异教学的现状,也提出了一系列的教学措施,期望对于小学语文教学的发展能有所帮助。
The 21st century is an era of all-round development. Education is no exception. A series of reforms have also been implemented. As we all know, primary education is the initial stage of life education for students and has a great impact on their lifelong development. However, each pupil has a different natural intelligence and acquired acquired development. Students in each class will have differences. Teachers should respect this difference, to find ways to reduce the differences between students to promote the healthy development of students. Therefore, adopting the method of difference teaching in Chinese teaching in primary schools meets the needs of the development of the times and highlights the concept of people-centered teaching in primary Chinese teaching. The implementation of differential teaching can not only meet the learning needs of students, but also can promote the individualized development of students and is very helpful to the students’ successful career. The author analyzes the status quo of Chinese teaching in primary schools and also puts forward a series of teaching measures, which are expected to be helpful for the development of Chinese teaching in primary schools.
