近几年,在高校教师系列职称评审权慢慢下放以来,我国高职院校在教师职称评审工作上始终存在一些问题,主要表现为过分集中于科研成果,对于教学绩效审核工作不够完善,过于依赖评审文件,缺乏科学与公正特性等,不断的职称工作改革就是要解决高职院校既有的教师职称评审机制未能完全贴合高职教育的特性。为了确保切实推动高职院校教育事业的可持续改革与发展进程,本文在客观探讨当前我国高职教师职称评审工作上遗留的缺陷前提下,结合实际论证日后富有针对性的改善措施,希望借此充分发挥其对高职院校整体化的激励效用。
In recent years, with the gradual decentralization of the faculty evaluation power of the faculty in our country, there are always some problems in the appraisal of teachers’ titles in our country’s higher vocational colleges. In order to ensure the sustainable reform and development of educational undertakings in higher vocational colleges, this paper, on the premise of objectively discussing the defects left over from the review and appraisal of vocational teachers in our country, and combining the actual demonstration with targeted improvement measures in the future, This gives full play to its incentive effect of the integration of vocational colleges.
