对大连机车车辆有限公司出口缅甸的CKD7B型机车的风机以及风道流场进行了数值仿真。结果表明,原风道结构设计,特别是隔板位置不尽合理,不同程度地存在出风量和风压不均匀情况,无法满足设计要求。针对这种情况,对原始设计进行了反复优化,经多方案对比,得到了通风性能优良、风阻小和各风道风量、风压值满足设计要求的风道结构和隔板位置。
The numerical simulation of the fan and duct flow field of CKD7B locomotive exported to Myanmar by Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. was carried out. The results show that the design of the original duct structure, especially the position of the partition board, is not reasonable, and the air flow rate and the uneven wind pressure exist in varying degrees, which can not meet the design requirements. In response to this situation, the original design was repeatedly optimized, and the air duct structure and baffle position with excellent ventilation performance, small air resistance and air volume and air pressure value of the air duct were obtained through the comparison of multiple schemes.
