长期以来,医院医护人员在对病人进行治疗护理时,总是将护理的重点聚焦于病人的病情,而忽视了病人内在的人文关怀需要,这就导致医护人员的护理工作并不能使病人真正感到舒心、满意,长此以往,病患就会抗拒医护人员,导致医护人员的工作很难有效开展。由此看来,人文关怀工作对于医院护理服务而言至关重要,是每一位医护人员所必须具备的护理理念。但就当前医院护理工作的人文关怀状况而言还存在很多不足亟待改进。本文就主从四个方面探讨人文关怀视角下的医院护理服务工作。在文章的开始首先指出人文关怀在医院护理服务工作中开展的必要性;接着,在文章的第二部分指出当前医院护理服务工作人文关怀缺失的表现;进而,在文章的第三部分指明医院护理服务工作人员人文关怀缺失的原因;在文章的最后就医院护理工作中加强人文关怀的措施。
