随着全球经济一体化进程的加深,供应链管理工作也得以进步和发展。在一体化推动下,供应链的使用提升了市场竞争地位,解决了市场中存在的不确定因素等,具有重要作用。对于供应链管理工作,通过对供应商的管理,生产计划,物流管理,成本控制等各项活动和过程的控制与管理,降低企业成本,促进提高企业经济效益。本文中,对供应链管理环境下的相关战略进行了分析与阐述。
