“十一五”期间,天津分公司推行了勘探开发一体化的管理模式,提出了“两个提前,两个互补”的勘探开发一体化思想。渤海A油田通过创新思维,形成储量研究向勘探评价提前介入,方案编制向储量评价提前介入的一体化管理模式,实现储量向产量的快速转化;通过技术攻关,形成以勘探成藏规律指引开发,开发新认识反哺勘探的勘探开发一体化研究技术体系,实现了储量的快速增长。通过勘探开发一体化的工作方式,加快了油田的见产速度,提高了工作效率,满足了公司快速发展的需要。在该管理模式的指引下,以A油田为代表的河流相油田取得了一系列的突破,为海洋石油五千万吨建设起到了增储上产的重要作用,也为今后类似油田的开发管理提供了借鉴。
