氧化铝湿度计测定气体中水份是一个相对方法,需用标准方法进行校准.我们拟制了动态校准法.该方法解决了零点气体的获得;湿度的连续变化;湿度的绝对测量三个问题.本校准装置的校准范围为0.001~100PPmvH_2O(相当于-110℃~-20℃露点).调校后的校准曲线是一条近于45°的直线.经校准的氧化铝湿度计与多种测湿器进行对照测定,所得结果一致.这表明动态校准法和氧化铝湿度计的测定结果都是准确可靠的.对校准过程中应注意的问题进行了讨论.由误差分析估计出动态校准法的准确度可控制在±2℃露点以内.这与目前国外同类仪器的准确度基本相同.
