在乙酸 -乙酸钠缓冲溶液中 ( p H4.9) ,Au( )与溴代邻苯三酚红 ( BPR)产生一灵敏的络合吸附导数极谱波 ,其峰电位为 - 0 .85V( vs.SCE) ,Au( )浓度在 0 .0 5~ 2 .0 μg·ml-1范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系 ,利用丙二酸掩蔽过量的铁 ,测定黄铁矿中微量金 ,结果满意。
A sensitive complex polarographic derivative of Au () and bromopyrogallol red (BPR) was produced in acetate-sodium acetate buffer solution (p H4.9) at a peak potential of -0.85 V ( vs.SCE). The concentration of Au () was linearly correlated with the peak current in the range of0.0 ~ 2.0 μg · ml-1. The excess amount of iron was masked with malonic acid to determine the trace amounts of gold Satisfactory results.
