实验证明,红参提取物和糖参提取物对胰岛素休克有保护作用,人参根总皂甙和人参茎叶总皂甙对胰岛素休克有促进作用。红参提取物有回升胰岛素所致低血糖的作用,人参根总皂甙在给胰岛素后25分钟内无回升胰岛素所致低血糖作用。在给胰岛素30分钟后有回升血糖作用。作者认为红参提取物对胰岛素休克的保护作用与其回收血糖作用有关,人参根总皂甙对胰岛素休克的促进作用除与血糖有关外,尚有其他机制。
Experiments have shown that red ginseng extract and sugar extract can protect against insulin shock. Panax ginseng root saponins and ginseng stem and leaf total saponins can promote insulin shock. The red ginseng extract has the effect of reviving the hypoglycemia caused by insulin, and the ginseng root saponin does not cause the hypoglycemia caused by the insulin within 25 minutes after the insulin administration. After 30 minutes of insulin administration, blood sugar rises. The authors believe that the protective effect of red ginseng extract on insulin shock is related to its recovery of blood glucose. The role of ginseng root saponins in promoting insulin shock is related to blood sugar, but there are other mechanisms.
