《广西壮族自治区安全生产监督管理暂行办法》(简称《一岗双责》)己于2008年12月8日自治区第11届人民政府第20次常务会议审议通过,自颁布之日起实施。这是全国率先以政府规章形式出台的安全监管责任文件,是我区落实各级政府及其部门安全生产责任制的重要文件。 The Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Work Safety in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (referred to as the “dual responsibility of one post”) was reviewed and approved at the 20th executive meeting of the 11th People’s Government on December 8, 2008 and implemented since the promulgation date. This is the first national safety regulatory document promulgated by the government and is an important document for implementing the responsibility system for production safety in all levels of government and its departments.
