目的 揭示早期圆锥角膜角膜地形图的特征 ,为早期诊断此病提供参考。方法 收集了本院门诊拟诊为早期圆锥角膜的患者 2 7例 5 2眼。所有患者均行 TMS- 1角膜地形图测定。结果 80 .77%眼角膜最高屈光度部位在正下方或颞下方 ,最高屈光度在 45 D以上 ,散光在 2 D以上 ,所有眼平均最高屈光度在 47.5 6 D± 5 .80 D,平均散光 5 .47D± 3.80 D;角膜非对称性指数 (SAI)及角膜规则性指数 (SRI)值大于0 .5者分别为 94%、98% ,SAI值平均为 2 .6± 1.9,SRI值平均为 1.6 7± 0 .94。结论 早期圆锥角膜的测定须兼顾上述综合参数 ,SAI及 SRI值的变化更敏感
Objective To reveal the characteristics of early keratoconus corneal topography and provide a reference for the early diagnosis of the disease. Methods Twenty-seven patients (52 eyes) with suspected early keratoconus in our hospital were collected. All patients underwent TMS-1 corneal topography. Results The highest corneal refractive power of 80.77% of the cornea was directly below or below the temporal region, the highest diopter above 45 D, the astigmatism above 2 D, the average highest diopter of all eyes was 47.5 6 D ± 5.80 D and the average astigmatism was 5.47D ± 3.80 D. The values of SAI and SRI were higher than 0.5, 94% and 98% respectively. The average SAI value was 2.6 ± 1.9 and the average SRI value was 1.6 7 ± 0 .94. Conclusions The early keratoconus must be sensitive to changes in SAI and SRI values, taking into account the above comprehensive parameters
