修补铸件的砂眼、气孔和设备的裂纹与漏洞,常用两种方法:一是用传统的电气焊修补,费时、费工、成本高,热应力大易产生变形,有时还受环境限制(如在禁火区内)而不宜施工;二是用无机浸渗液或低黏度厌氧胶修补,这对铸件微孔、细裂纹有较好的效果,但不能修补较大的气孔、砂眼。用黏合剂修补,不仅使用方便,效果理想,而且原料易得,工艺简单,成本较低。1.黏合剂的配制 用于机械修补的黏合剂,主要由环氧树脂固化剂、增韧剂、填料、防沉淀剂和助剂组成。下面介绍几个配方实例。 (1)配方A(见表1) 甲组分:乙组分=5-8:1(重量比)。
