对于鄂尔多斯盆地低渗透砂岩油田在开发的过程中,通常会出现油层堵塞的现象。由于油层堵塞较严重,酸化解堵技术在该盆地油田稳产、增产发挥了重要作用,成功的酸化作业可以有效地解除地层堵塞,恢复地层渗透率,在一定程度改变地层的物性。但是使用酸化解堵技术不当还会有危险性,不仅会使地层发生不可逆转的二次伤害,降低渗透率,甚至会造成油井停产。本文主要介绍了低渗透率砂岩油藏堵塞因素、酸化解堵技术原理和普遍运用的酸化解堵技术,通过对堵塞机理以及砂岩酸化影响因素的探究,我们确定了对于不同的储层和伤害类型的酸化解堵技术。
For the development of low-permeability sandstone oilfields in the Ordos Basin, clogging of reservoirs usually occurs. Due to the blockage of the oil layer, the acidification and plugging technology has played an important role in the steady and increased oil production in the oilfield. Successful acidification can effectively relieve the formation plugging, restore the permeability of the formation and change the physical property of the formation to a certain extent. However, the use of acid removal plugging technology is not appropriate and can be dangerous. It will not only cause irreversible secondary damage to the formation, reduce the permeability, and even stop the production of oil wells. This paper mainly introduces the plugging factors of low permeability sandstone reservoirs, the principle of acidification and plugging technology and the commonly used acidation and plugging technology. Based on the investigation of the plugging mechanism and the influencing factors of sandstone acidification, we determined that for different types of reservoirs and injuries Acidification plugging technology.
