三元络合物分光光度法已广泛地应用于各种物料中铍的分析。本文采用Be-SCR-CTMAB体系直接光度法测定铝合金中微量铍(0.0001%以上)。试剂空白低,显色络合物迅速形成且稳定,摩尔吸光系数ε_(560)=4×10~4,0.1~2.0μg铍/50ml范围内符合比尔定律。选择EDTA-酒石酸钠为掩蔽剂,提高了方法选择性,可测定成分复杂的各种铝合金中微量铍。方法回收率达95~101%(对1μg Be)。精密度好(0.1μg Be相对标准偏差7.2%,1μg Be相对标准偏差2.5%)。标准样品对照分析结果满意。
Ternary complex spectrophotometry has been widely used in a variety of materials beryllium analysis. In this paper, Be-SCR-CTMAB direct spectrophotometric determination of trace beryllium (0.0001% or more) in aluminum alloys. The reagent blank was low, and the color complex formed quickly and steadily. The molar extinction coefficient ε 560 (560) = 4 × 10 ~ 4 and 0.1 ~ 2.0 μg beryllium / 50 ml ranged from Bill’s law. Choosing EDTA-sodium tartrate as a masking agent improves the selectivity of the method, and can measure trace amounts of beryllium in various aluminum alloys with complicated compositions. The method recovery was 95 ~ 101% (for 1μg Be). The precision was good (0.1μg Be relative standard deviation 7.2%, 1μg Be relative standard deviation 2.5%). Satisfactory result of standard sample control analysis.
