煤矿井下复杂的地质条件及恶劣的工况,对车辆动力性能提出了更高的要求,而柴油机与液力变矩器匹配的好坏就显得至关重要。在LabVIEW图形化的设计环境下,开发了柴油机与液力变矩器匹配计算系统,并结合某型煤矿井下车辆进行了实例验证。结果表明,柴油机和液力变矩器得到了较好的匹配效果,整车具有良好的牵引特性,能满足煤矿井下复杂工况作业要求。
The complicated geological conditions and harsh working conditions in the coal mine put forward higher requirements on the dynamic performance of the vehicle, and the match between the diesel engine and the torque converter is very important. Under the environment of LabVIEW graphical design, a matching calculation system of diesel engine and hydraulic torque converter was developed and verified with a coal mine underground vehicle. The results show that the diesel engine and the torque converter have a good matching effect, and the vehicle has good traction characteristics and can meet the working requirements of complex conditions in a coal mine.
