本文介绍了随着石油天然气开发环境的恶化,对油井管、输送管的耐腐蚀性提出了更高要求,国外使用不锈钢管的(13%Cr钢)场合正在不断增加。日本从提高耐腐蚀性、生产率和降低成本考虑,开发了马氏体系HP13Cr不锈钢油井管和马氏体系11Cr、12Cr不锈钢管线管,并解决了不锈钢管难以轧制、工具寿命短等工艺及设备问题。日本近几年的不锈钢管的发展方向,可作为今后我国发展石油工业专用管时的参考。
This article describes the deteriorating oil and gas development environment, oil wells, pipe corrosion resistance put forward higher requirements, the use of stainless steel tube (13% Cr steel) is increasing. Japan from the improvement of corrosion resistance, productivity and reduce costs, the development of the Marsh system HP13Cr stainless steel well pipe and Markov system 11Cr, 12Cr stainless steel pipeline, and to solve the difficult to roll stainless steel pipe, tool life and other short process and equipment problems . In recent years, the development direction of stainless steel pipe in Japan can be used as a reference for the future development of our country’s petroleum pipe industry.
