作为我国国民经济中的中流砥柱,国有企业在我国经济发展中发挥了极其重要的作用,随着改革的不断深化,对国有企业人才资源储备提出了新的标准和更高的要求。科级干部是国有企业干部队伍重要的基础力量,始终发挥着落实上级决策、深化企业改革、维护队伍稳定等重要作用。加强科级后备干部的培养和选拔,建设一支满足国有企业发展需要的科级干部队伍,适应企业发展需要是我们必须认真思考和不断探索的一项重要课题。
As the mainstay of our national economy, state-owned enterprises have played an extremely important role in the economic development of our country. With the continuous deepening of the reform, new standards and higher demands have been set in the reserve of human resources of state-owned enterprises. Branch-level cadres are important foundational forces in the ranks of state-owned enterprise cadres and always play an important role in implementing higher-level decision-making, deepening enterprise reform and maintaining the stability of the ranks. To strengthen the training and selection of section-level reserve cadres and build a branch-level cadre team that meets the development needs of state-owned enterprises, it is an important issue that we must think hard and keep exploring to meet the needs of enterprise development.
