目的了解某商业区流动人口5岁以下儿童死亡情况,寻求相应干预措施。方法对2005—2009年位于商业区郑州市第三人民医院5岁以下儿童本地户籍人口与非户籍儿童死亡进行比较。结果流动人口5岁以下儿童死亡构成比明显高于户籍儿童,前四位死因分别为早产低体重,诊断不明,意外窒息和其他意外,流动儿童死亡未治疗比率明显高于户籍儿童,差异有统计学意义。结论流动人口5岁以下儿童死亡高于本地户籍儿童,加强流动人口妇幼保健服务利用率有待提高。
Objective To understand the death of children under 5 years of age in the floating population in a commercial area and to seek corresponding interventions. Methods A comparison was made on the deaths of local census and non-census-resident children under 5 years of age from 2005 to 2009 in the Third People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou City in the commercial district. Results The death rate of migrant children under 5 years old was significantly higher than that of household children. The first four causes of death were premature birth, low birth weight, unknown diagnosis, accidental asphyxia and other accidents, and the untreated children died from migraines were significantly higher than those from hukou children Significance of learning. Conclusion The death rate of children under 5 years old from floating population is higher than that of local registered children. The utilization rate of maternal and child health care services for migrants should be improved.
