我厂生产的汽车零件中有几种φ35、φ40、φ45球窝,材料为20Cr、45钢,以往我们采用粗钻,手磨成形刀精车的工艺方法来完成,既费工时,又不易达到精度要求。为此,我们设计了一套双片圆片机夹成形刀具(见图),以钻代车,球窝一次加工成形,既保证了质量,又提高工效2倍,现介绍如下: 1.刀具使用范围:车床、钻床、铣床。 2.刀片材料:W18Cr4V 3.刀具特点: 1) 刀具制造简单,刀片经软氮化处理,硬变可达HRC68~70,耐磨性能好,使用寿命长。 2) 采用两片刀片机械夹固靠切削力自动定心。 3) 加工精度高,光洁度可达▽6~▽7,椭圆度在0.02mm以内。
There are several kinds of φ35, φ40, φ45 ball and socket in the auto parts produced by our factory. The material is 20Cr and 45 steel. In the past, we used the technique of rough drilling and hand-sharpening knife to finish the car, which was not only labor-time but also hard to reach Accuracy requirements.
